Sonya H. Wen Associate Professor  

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

Sonya H. Wen has served as Associate Professor of Business Administration at Tamkang University since 2008, and then Hungkuo Delin University of Technology since 2019, and with two masters of Political Science at National Taiwan University and Yale MBA, and Ph.D. of International Business at NTU. Her research fields include strategic management, international alliances, technological innovation, social enterprises, and qualitative research. In addition to the academic career, Professor Wen also contributes in social services, including President of Yale Club in Taipei, Director of the founding Board of Spark Taiwan Association, and Chairperson of Youth Hope Foundation. Before transferring to academic career, she had executive experiences including Finance Director at Far EastTone Telecom, and Marketing Director at Fidelity Investment.
